1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Prixcraft's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

These Terms of Service apply to all users of the service, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features of our service, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided during the registration process or thereafter proves to be inaccurate, false, or misleading.

3. Service Usage

Our services are provided for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use our services:

• In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law
• To transmit any material that is defamatory, offensive, or otherwise objectionable
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Prixcraft, a Prixcraft employee, another user, or any other person or entity
• To engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the service

4. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Prixcraft and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

You retain all rights to the images you upload to our service. By uploading images, you grant Prixcraft a limited license to process, edit, and deliver the images back to you as part of our service.

We will not use your images for any purpose other than providing our editing services, unless you explicitly grant us permission to use them for marketing or promotional purposes.

5. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall Prixcraft, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We do not warrant that the results obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

6. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

The arbitration shall take place in the state where Prixcraft's principal office is located. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, and judgment may be entered upon it in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of a party's intellectual property rights.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the service.
